Kundalini Erlebnisse
Briefzuschrift, Jän.2002:
My husband (now ex) told me I vibrate when I sleep. A boyfriend also mentioned that I do. I always thought I was doing something, but I was never actually aware of it consciously. It wasn't until he told me I vibrated when I slept that I started to become aware of the feeling, and now can feel it when I sleep, and at most cases upon wakening, or when I am very fatigued and can't keep my eyes open anymore. I lay my head down and immediately start dreaming, and I can feel the vibrations then. The other day I touched my arm during one of these states after I had just woken up, and felt the vibrations. I knew I was vibrating, but was never able to catch it to touch myself to see if I could actually feel it externally as well as internally. I also have the same heart rhythem as the young man spoke about. Sometimes when I am very still, I can feel my heart beating everywhere, and my body will beat ever so slightly with it to the point you can see me rocking with my own heart beat. I am not too concerned about the vibrations unless it is a precursor to something worse later in life like Alzeimer's or Parkinson's or something.I have heard about OBE's as you call them, but never really considered this as the answer to the problem. I never really believed something like this was possible, and have even tried thinking about it really hard to see if I could have one. I always just fell asleep while thinking about it. Does this sound like something you are familiar with, or should I stick with the REM disorder? Oh, one more thing, I tend to carry around a lot of electricity. (Static and such.) I am always shocking myself or other people. Sometimes I see blue sparks when I shock myself. My husband told me that when he felt the vibrations, he heard a humming sound similar to electricity. Don't know if that has anything to do with anything discussed here.
Please help, I am driving myself crazy trying to figure this out.
