Reminder: Do a few deep breaths and relax before you start any remote viewing or astral travel exercises.
By now your imagination should be working well. Plus, if you=ve been doing your meditation and practicing the exercises, you will have had some successful sessions.
Unless you live alone, you=ll need the cooperation of those you live. You=ll need cooperation because the cards could stay in place for a few weeks. You=ll also need a pack of playing cards or a tarot deck. A new one or one you aren=t going to need for a few months. The aces of the Rider Waite deck are great for this exercise.
Open the box and take out the four aces. Put them at eye level in four different locations. On the doorpost is perfect. If you live in a multi story house keep them on the same floor. It will work best if they=re on the same level as your meditation room.
Example: The first card should go on the inside doorpost of your meditation room. The second one at least ten feet away or at the next door post. One can go on the bathroom door. The last one goes on the entrance to your mediation room. Later you can use more cards. For now just use the four aces.
Set aside a time to practice. Just before going to sleep is perfect and will give you great dreams. At night is better because you have fewer distractions. Walk slowly to first card. Look at it until you can remember the details of the card and the surrounding area. Then walk at a slow even pace to the next card. Repeat the process. Go to the third card and repeat the process again. Walk slowly and deliberately. Now go to the last card and do the same thing. You should be facing the chair or your meditation spot.
Now, go to your spot turn around and get into you meditation posture. Practice this little routine for at least several days before you try the next part. The practice burns the routine into your memory. Should you find yourself doing this in you sleep all the better. You can use it to catch yourself dreaming and convert it to a lucid dream.
Important: It=s better to get up and move or do some light exercise after your practice. It=s a good idea to exercise immediately after you get up if you practice this before going to sleep. The exercise will ground you and anchor you in your physical body.
After you=ve had several practice runs, you can try the real thing. Run through whole routine in your physical body. Then sit in the room you start in do you relaxation and meditation. Then close your eyes and do the whole routine in your imagination. The more real you make the details the better.
It may become boring. Keep at it. Day after day. Twice a day if you can manage it. The more you practice this dull the better because one day you=ll get a surprise. As you=re doing the routine in your imagination, you=ll notice a detail you missed earlier. Or you=ll come back into the room and see yourself sitting there. Stay calm and finish the exercise. Don=t go flying out the window. Save that for later.
