rule 1:
"...all that you find above, you can find as well below.... "
(The Astral Planes are a copy of physical world, on base of habits and psychic origin!)
rule 2:
" You may say, the products of all you see outside, have their origin inside of you"
(the same rules as in the dreams)

Planes, in which egoistic desires were lived out

Stories about hells and lower planes are used as a kind of moral whip to spread fear to everyone who does not seem to follow the rules of common moralism. The descriptions and interpretations given in these stories are not correct, as I suppose, they interfere with my own experiences.

In these lower planes the same psychic mechanisms work as in our "real" physical world. Everyone prefers places of pleasure, which relate to his or her psychic constellation. A place of exciting pleasure for the one may be a place of sin, decay and horror for the other. Often "honorable" persons, presenting a moral life, are full of wishes for a life without moral bonds. In the depth of the subconscious exists a foul swamp, the opposite of the public moral, which exists in the underground. Here in the physical plane the fear of a bad spell, or of justice leads to a behavior which can be regarded as a social adaptation and which is not the result of ethical development.

In the "other world" all these threats of punishment, existing in our world, have vanished. The inner world of wishes is turned inside out and all the psychic elements, suppressed up to now can be freely expressed. It is a process of restoration of equilibrium, which starts with this process.

In former centuries the transcendent planes have been associated with a mirror, which for that reason was a magic tool. The mirror reflects a picture of yourself, but it changes the left side to the right side and the same happens to your right side. For that reason the mirror is an adequate symbol for the changes, which may happen after death and therefor were considered as a kind of window to the world of the soul.

Desires, which have been hidden, turn inside out and are created surrounding an atmosphere of the lower planes. The rest of real ethic and moralism, now hidden deep in the soul, is waiting for the moment at which the fire of immoral desires has burned out and the desire for peace and love becomes more and more dominant.
