Dear friends:
Our Mexican Net of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (REDMEXPLAM) was founded in 1999 by ecological producers, growers, investigators, promoters of health and merchants of products herbalists. We are the only ones in Mexico that we guarantee the botanical authenticity and the quality of the species and their derived.
We promote the ecological conservation, the sustainable management, the organic production, the prosecution, the control of quality and the fair trade of the medicinal flora of Mexico.
We have more than 15 years of experience imparting courses, shops, seminars, graduates and consultantships to peasants, indigenous and other sectors of the society.
In 1996 we were founded and we organize the First National Congress of Medicinal Plants of Mexico.
At the moment we count with more than 250 species and products herbalists elaborated mainly by rural women, traditional doctors and promoters of health. Among the species that we market they are: Salvia divinorum (HIERBA DE LA PASTORA), Calea zacatechichi (ZACATECHICHI), Turnera diffusa var. aphrodisiaca (DAMIANA DE CALIFORNIAN), Datura stramonium (TOLOACHE), Valerian edulis ssp. procera (MEXICAN VALERIAN).
