World of the small things
 


If you want to find to inner balance, you have to be in balance with the world. This exercise will help you understand that our world, is only a small window into a larger reality. This meditation is called "have a look into the small world."

Sit on a meadow and concentrate on a small piece of the size your palm. Study everything there. You should feel quite small here. Pretend you're exploring this small world. Imagine you're in a large jungle. You'll be astonished by all the things to explore there. The target of this Meditation is to look at our world with reference and love.
