Here is his answer:

I had a similar experiance when I was younger, that is called out of body, it is not any danger, but I gat scared to, becouse I did not understand what was going on. But sice then it still happenes to me once in a while and I can always com back when I focus on going back in to the body, then it is just like a memory of a dream.
Kundalini is our natural course of earth energy and helps us to grow in to spirit, chakra by chakra, when we start to push our growth, then we have to be careful,
and sometimes when our emotional body is not grounded, we can open instantly and fall into space. Hopefully that can help you some.
